MS. RADHAMANALAN
INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR
Radhamanalan is an Independent Director of our Company. He has been associated with the Company since September 30, 2025. He has completed his degree in Bachelor of Engineering from University of Madras. He has also completed his degree in Master of Science in software systems from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science. He also holds certificate for residential Management Programme for technologists from Indian Institute of Management Banglore. He has over 37 years of experience in the field of manufacturing and sourcing jewellery, watches and automobiles. He was previously Associated with Titan Company Limited.
MR. SATYANARYAN BANGLA
INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR
Satyanarayan Bagla is an Independent Director of our Company. He has been associated with the Company since August 18, 2025. He has completed his degree in Bachelor of Commerce from Sukhadia University. He is also a qualified Chartered Accountants and hold a certificate of Practice from the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. He received his certificate of practice during the year 1996. He has over 33 years of experience in the field of Accounting.
MS. POOJA SHAH
INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR
Pooja Bhavin Shah is an Independent Director of our Company. She has been associated with the Company since August 18, 2025. She is a qualified Company Secretary and is an associate member of Institute of Company Secretary of India.
She has over 10 years of experience in the field of secretarial compliance. She was previously associated with Macgregor Marine India Private Limited and Riddhisiddhi Bullions Limited.
She is presently serving as the Company Secretary of Arbuda Agrochemicals Limited.
