MR. ANIL JAIN
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Anil Mohanlal Jain is an Executive Director and one of the Promoters of our Company. He has been associated with the Company since Incorporation. He has over 24 years of experience in the jewellery industry. Previously he was associated with Sunil Jewellers. His roles and responsibilities include inspecting incoming raw materials, semi-finished and finished jewellery items as per company standards, innovating new concepts based on trend research, references, and customer requirements and co-ordinate between departments -Production, sales, dispatch, and inventory-for smooth workflow.
MR. PREM JAIN
CHAIRMAN AND MANAGING DIRECTOR
Prem Mohanlal Jain is the Chairman and Managing Director and one of the Promoters of our Company. He has been associated with the Company since September 16, 2021 and was appointed to current designation on June 13, 2025. He has over 20 years of experience in the jewellery industry. Previously he was associated with Sunil Jewellers. His roles and responsibilities include overall management, operations, business strategies, and administration of our Company.
MR. SHRENIK JAIN
WHOLE TIME DIRECTOR
Shrenik Mohanlal Jain is the Whole-Time Director and one of the Promoters of our Company. He has been associated with the Company since June 13, 2025. He has over 23 years of experience in the jewellery industry. Previously he was associated with Sunil Jewellers. His roles and responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, marketing branding and promotion, develop strategic partnerships, collaborations and channel networks and leading monitoring and training in sales and marketing teams to improve performance and accountability.
MR. RADHAMANALAN
INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR
Radhamanalan is an Independent Director of our Company. He has been associated with the Company since September 30, 2025. He holds Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from University of Madrasand holds degree in Master of Science in software systems from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science. He has also completed the residential Management Programme for technologists from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He has over 34 years of experience in the field of manufacturing and sourcing jewellery, watches and automobiles. He was previously associated with Titan Company Limited. He is presently serving as an independent director of Shringar House of Mangalsutra Limited
MR. SATYANARYAN BANGLA
INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR
Satyanarayan Bagla is an Independent Director of our Company. He has been associated with the Company since August 18, 2025. He holds Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Sukhadia University, Udaipur. He is also a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a certificate of Practice from the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India since the year 1996. He has over 33 years of experience in the field of accounting. He is presently serving as director at Ambaji Leasing and Finance Private Limited.

INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR
Pooja Bhavin Shah is an Independent Director of our Company. She has been associated with the Company since August 18, 2025. She holds Bachelor’s degree in Management studies from Mumbai University. Sheis an associate member of Institute of Company Secretary of India. She has over 8 years of experience in the field of secretarial and regulatory compliance. She was previously associated with Macgregor Marine India Private Limited and Riddhisiddhi Bullions Limited. She is presently serving as the Company Secretary of Arbuda Agrochemicals Limited.
