Viraaj Kirti Shah is the Chief Financial Officer of our Company and has been associated with the Company since August 18, 2025. He has completed his degrees in Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Law from the University of Mumbai. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Certificate of Membership from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has over 10 years of experience in the field of Financial and Capital Markets. He has previously been associated with Altina Securities Private Limited, and Vijaypdceutical Limited as a CFO and Executive Director. Currently he is also associated as Executive Director in Veerafin Services Private Limited. His roles and responsibilities include financial strategy, planning, and management, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing investor relations, operational and strategic support, and leading and mentoring the finance, accounts, and compliance teams. As he was appointed on August 18, 2025, he has not received any compensation from the Company in Fiscal 2025.
